纳米TiO2的表面改性及其在有机/无机复合乳液制备中的应用
Surface Modification of Nano-TiO2 and Its Application to Preparation of Organic/Inorganic Compounded Emulsion
【摘要】 使用β-HEMA对纳米TiO2进行表面改性,通过红外光谱表征了β-HEMA的羟基和纳米TiO2表面的羟基之间形成了稳定的化学键,TEM和分光光度计测试结果表明改性后的纳米TiO2在有机溶剂中达到了稳定的纳米级分散,在此基础上进行了有机/无机纳米TiO2复合乳液的制备,进而制得了纳米TiO2的乳胶漆,并对乳胶漆漆膜的耐洗刷性、耐沾污性和耐人工老化性进行了测试,结果显示了明显的改性效果。
【Abstract】 HEMA was used as surface modifier of nano-TiO2. The steady chemical bonds formed between hydroxylgroups of β-HEMA and hydroxyl groups of nano-TiO2 surface was characterized by FTIR Spectrum. Testing results ofTEM and spectral photometer showed that the modified nano-TiO2 could be dispersed at nanometer scale in organic solventand stability of dispersion was enhanced largely. Based on this, organic/inorganic nano-TiO2 compounded emulsion wasprepared and further preparation of nano-TiO2 latex paint was carried out. Scrubbing resistance, stain resistance and artificialageing resistance of latex paint film were then tested and the results indicated obvious effects of modification.
