超薄型钢结构防火涂料研究进展

【摘要】 本文在分析国内外超薄型钢结构防火涂料研究现状的基础上,探讨了提高超薄型钢结构防火涂料综合性能的技术途径。认为只有从超薄型钢结构防火涂料的组成特点、性能要求和作用机理出发,充分利用现代涂料科学和相关学科的新成就,通过针对性理论研究,突破传统观念,发现新的膨胀体系、专用树脂和特种助剂,科学设计涂料配方,合理选择生产工艺条件和设备,同时加强应用性研究,才能研制出综合性能优良、环境适应性强的超薄型钢结构防火涂料新品。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of research status quo on super-thin fire retardant coatings for steel structures at home and abroad, approaches to improving integrated performance of super-thin fire retardanr coatings for steel structures were made. It was recognized only starting from composition characteristics, performance requirements and mechanism of these coatings, making full use of new achievements in modern coating discipline as well as related disciplines, through purposely directed theoretical study, breakthrough of traditional concepts, discovery of new intumescent systems, special resins and specialty aids, scientific coating formulating of recipes; rational selection of manufacturing technologies and equipment and enhancing applied studies, could new super-thin fire retardant coatings for steel structures with good integrated performance and high environmental adaptation be developed.
