α-D-呋喃阿洛糖衍生物的合成
Synthesis of the Derivative of α-D-Allofuranose
【摘要】 以α-D-葡萄糖为原料,经异丙叉基保护、氧化、还原、苯甲酰化反应合成3-苯甲酰基-1,2,5,6-氧-二异丙叉基-α-D-呋喃阿洛糖。本文研究了影响异丙叉基保护、氧化和苯甲酰化反应的主要因素,用薄层色谱与核磁共振等分析手段对各步及最终产物进行了结构鉴定。该合成方法简便,原料易得,具有一定的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of 3-O-benzoyl-1,2,5,6-O-diisopropylidene-α-D-allofuranose was studied in this paper. With α-D-glucose as raw material, 3-O-benzoyl-1,2,5,6-O-diisopropylidene-α-D-allofuranose was synthesized by isopropylene protection, oxidation, reduction and benzoylation. Product of each step and final products were characterized by TLC and (()~1H-NMR.) The route is simple and convenient and the raw material can be obtained easily.This method has potential for application.
