【Abstract】 Solubilities of penicillin G potassium in the mixtures of n-butyl acetate with water ranging from 0.6 to 9.0 mL in 100 mL solvents were measured at 23.5 ℃,46.7 ℃ and 52.0 ℃.In several individual mixtures of n-butyl acetate with water,acetic acid or ethanol,solubilities of penicillin G potassium or sodium were determined at 27.0—50.0 ℃.The results could be used in the crystallization procedure of penicillin G potassium or penicillin G sodium.更多还原
