以酸活化膨润土催化合成阿司匹林
Synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid by acid bentonite as catalyst
【摘要】 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料 ,在自制酸化膨润土催化下合成了阿司匹林 ;探讨了催化剂的结构特征及最佳催化条件。结果表明 :酸化膨润土对阿司匹林的合成具有良好的催化活性 ;在最佳工艺条件下 ,收率可达 :90 4 4 %。
【Abstract】 Acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride catalyzed by chloride acidation bentonite. The texture of bentonite and the best conditions of this synthesize were studied. It shows that the acid catalyst works well on the reaction with efficient activity. The yield of acetylsalicylic acid reached 90.44%.
