化学沉淀法处理乙烯裂解废碱液中的硫化物

【摘要】 采用化学沉淀方法处理乙烯裂解废碱液中的硫化物 ,寻求到了一种较合适的沉淀剂CuO ,并考察了影响沉淀效果的各种因素。结果表明 :在沉淀反应温度 2 0℃ ,反应时间 30min ,CuO∶S =1 5∶1(摩尔比 )等条件下 ,S2 -的去除率可达到 96 78% ,CODCr的去除率达到 73 83%。沉淀剂CuO再生后可以循环使用 ,满足处理要求。

【Abstract】 The treatment of sulfide by chemical precipitation was studied in spent caustic discharged from Ethylene Cracking Plants. A appropriate precipitant CuO was seleected, and the various conditions of influencing precipitation was investigated. The experimental results demonstrated that the removal efficiency of S 2- and COD cr reached 96.78% and 73.83% respectively. Treatment condition is as follows: CuO∶S 2-=1.5∶1(molar ratio), reaction temperature of 20℃, reaction time of 30min. The regenerated precipitant CuO could be circulated. The result satisfied the request of treatment.
