化学沉淀法合成纳米SiO2
Preparation of nano-SiO2 in chemical precipitation
【摘要】 本实验以硅酸钠和氯化铵为原料 ,以乙醇水溶液为溶剂 ,用沉淀法制备SiO2 超细粉体 ,并用XRD、TEM和SEM对粉体的基本性能进行表征。结果表明 :该法制得的SiO2 粉体近似呈球形 ,平均粒径为40nm。
【Abstract】 The nano-SiO 2 ultrafine powder was prepared as raw materials of sodium silicate and ammonium chloride, and as a solvent of ethanol-water solution in this experiment by chemical precipitation.The basic performance of powder had been characterized by means of XRD 、TEM and SEM.The results indicated that the prepared the powder SiO 2 was spherical approximately,the average particle size is about 40 nanometer.
