吲哚甲基海因的制备Ⅱ.低碱体系加氢过程
The Preparation of 3-(Indolmethyl)-Hydantoin. Ⅱ . The Hydrogenation Process in Low Alkali Solution
【摘要】 通过对吲哚亚甲基海因碱性溶液的紫外光潜和溶解过程分析可知,吲哚亚甲基海因在碱溶液中溶解过程可分为成盐溶解和缔合析出两个阶段。析出物为吲哚亚甲基海因钠盐的水合物。在80℃,3.0Mpa条件下,采用吲哚亚甲基海因钠盐-水的低碱体系来替代碱水体系进行加氢反应,吲哚甲基海因的水解可降低50%。
【Abstract】 The ultra-violet spectrophotometry of 3-(indolmethylene)-hydantoin and the dissolving process in alkali solution were investigated. It was founded that there are two steps of Na-salts formed and precipitated in the dissolving process. The precipitates were two molecule 3-(indol methylene)-hydantoin Na-salts combined one molecule water. At 80℃ , 3. 0Mpa, the hydrolysatc of 3-(Indolmethyl)-hydantoin was controlled below 50% using the Na-salts instead of the alkali solution system.
