苯基硫代膦酰二氯合成的研究
Synthesis of Phenylphosphonothioic Dichloride
【摘要】 选用三氯化磷/苯路线,经苯基二氯化膦合成苯基硫代膦酰二氯。采用正交实验,考察了原料投料比、回流反应时间、催化剂等因素对合成的影响。实验结果表明较佳的合成工艺条件为三氯化磷∶苯∶三氯化铝∶硫=3∶1∶1.1∶1,回流反应5小时,产品收率达79.2%。合成产物经红外光谱分析及质谱分析,确定与标准苯基硫代膦酰二氯样品的谱图一致。
【Abstract】 Phenylphosphonothioic dichloride(PPTD) was synthesized from benzene and phosphorus trichloride by the way of phenylphosphorus dichloride. The effects of feed composition, reflux reaction time and catalyst concentration on PPTD yield were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: PCl3∶C6H6∶AlCl3∶S=3∶1∶1.1∶1, reflux reaction 5 hours. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of PPTD was 79.2%.
