乙烯直接取代氯化合成氯乙烯的研究

【摘要】 综述了氯乙烯生产工艺的研究进展从清洁生产及原子经济性的角度,分析了乙烯直接取代氯化合成氯乙烯的可行性探讨了氯乙烯合成方法的反应机理,以及催化剂及溶剂效应等因素对氯乙烯合成过程的影响,提出了氯乙烯合成的2种新工艺:乙烯直接取代氯化/HCl电解工艺和乙烯直接取代氯化/HCl两段催化氧化工艺。这2种新工艺比目前工业应用的氯乙烯合成工艺流程短、能耗少、生产成本低。评述了各种生产方法的技术经济指标。

【Abstract】 Progress of synthesis of Vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) was reviewed briefly. The feasibility of the direct substitution chlorination of ethylene, the reaction mechanism as well as the effect of catalyst and solvent were diaesed on the synthesis of VCM was analyzed from the standpoint of clean production and economics of atoms. Two novel production processes of VCM, direct substitution chlorination of ethylene combined with HC1 electrolysis, and direct substituted chlorination of ethylene combined with HC1 oxidization are proposed. The new processes have relatively shorter procedures and lower energy consumption and production cost, compared with the current balanced oxylochlorization process.
