【Abstract】 The method for determination of pentoxifylline in pentoxifylline sodium chloride injection by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was set up. Diamansil C 18 column is used. The mobile phase is CH 3OH-H 2O(40∶60), and its flow rate is 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength is 274 nm. In the linear range of 12.5～300.0 μg/mL, the linear regression equation is A=44.6628c-17.1192(r=0.99987). The detection limit is 5 ng/mL. The average recovery is 100.81% and the RSD is 0.54%(n=6).更多还原
