4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚光度法测定铁矿石中的钒
DETERMINATION OF VANADIUM IN THE IRON ORES BY 4-(2-PYRIDYLAZO)-RESORCINOL PHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 在pH =6 .5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,钒 (V)与 4 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 间苯二酚生成紫色络合物 ,络合物的最大吸收波长为 5 5 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 5 .2 8× 10 4L/ (mol·cm) ,工作曲线的线性范围为 0~ 10 0 μg/ (5 0mL) ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 2 .4 0 %~ 3.2 0 % ,回收率为 97.0 %~ 10 2 .0 %。
【Abstract】 In a phosphate buffer medium(pH=6.5),vanadium (ⅴ)reacts with 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol to form a purple complex. The complex maximum absorption is at 550 nm and apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 5.28×10 4 L/(mol·cm).The linear range of working curve is 0~100 μg/(50 mL), RSD is 2.40%~3.20% and the recovery is 97.0%~102.0%.
