【Abstract】 Under the situation of the present development of the university journals, this paper analyzes the difficult situation arising from different impacts. Subsequently, the reform of the university journals is conceived, which involves integrating groups of university journals and starting specialized journals. When reform is carried into execution, problems are inevitable, which should be seriously tackled.
