【摘要】 电子执照是一个描述了企业基本注册信息的电子文件,是工商企业营业执照的电子化副本,可以被广泛地应用在信息时代网络与电子商务领域的企业身份识别、企业信用查询以及网上办事服务中。该文介绍了基于PKI架构的电子执照系统,分析了两种电子执照发放模式的优缺点,并提出一种基于松耦合的电子执照系统结构,最后展望了该架构在其它领域的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 A electronic license is a electronic document composed of corporation basic registered information and a substitute for certificate of incopocation .It is widely used to validate corporation identity,query corporation credit and perform corporation network operation in E-commerce. Electronic license is based on CA(Certificate Authority) technology .At the same time,its grant, validation and management are closely rely on CA center.This paper introduces the electronic license system based on PKI, analyzes the strongpoint and shortcoming of two issuing electronic license patterns,brings up a system structure of electronic license based on loose coupling,then gives the prospect of its application in other fields.更多还原
