用FT-IR研究聚氯乙烯窗框变黄机理
Study on the Mechanism of Changing Yellow of PVC Window Frame by FT-IR
【摘要】 用付里叶变换红外光谱 (FT IR)仪 ,X ray衍射仪 (XRD)和X ray荧光光谱仪检测出聚氯乙烯(PVC)窗框的本体材料和受光面材料的主要组分 .它们均含有PVC树脂 ,碳酸钙 (CaCO3) ,含酯有机锡和锐钛型二氧化钛 (TIO2 )。研究发现 :具有光敏活性的锐钛型TIO2 吸收光 (波长小于 380nm)的能量后 ,诱发PVC光降解反应 ,使PVC主链脱氯化氢 (HCl)并产生多烯结构。所以受光面材料首先变成黄色 ,要解决这问题 ,建议对添加到PVC窗框中的锐钛型TIO2 进行钝化处理。
【Abstract】 The main compositions of the noumenon material and being lighted face material of PVC window frame were determined by FT-IR,XRD and X-ray fluorometer. They consisted of PVC resin,calcium carbonate,organic tin with ester and anatase.It was found that anatase with photosensitive action absorbed the light(wavelength<380 nm) energy,and induced reaction of light degradation of PVC,which made the PVC main chain taken of the hydrogen chloride and engendered the polyene structrue.So being lighted face material was changed to yellow first.To solve this problem.we suggeste passive disposition on the anatase of added to PVC manufactures.
