【摘要】 高师毕业生教育实习效果如何事关我国未来教师队伍的整体素质。加强教育实习管理 ,可以提高教育实习效率 ,从而保证我国未来教师队伍整体素质的提高。

【Abstract】 How about the result of high graduate’s educational practice of normal school, concern our country’s whole quality of the teaching body of future directly. Strengthen management for educational practice, can improve educational practice eficiency, thus guarantee our country improvement of the whole quality of teaching body of future.
