7055合金挤压带板纵横向的组织与性能

【摘要】 采用力学性能测试和金相实验,研究了7055合金挤压带板纵横向力学性能随固溶处理时间的变化,以及纵向取样位置对带板力学性能的影响.结果表明,7055合金挤压带板在470℃保温超过20min,其固溶处理基本充分,继续延长固溶处理保温时间,不能提高合金的强度,但合金延伸率略有升高.挤压带板的纵向强度明显高于横向的强度,但其延伸率明显低于横向的延伸率.挤压带板在宽度方向距中心不同距离样品的纵向强度差别较大,从心部至边部强度明显提高,而延伸率变化不大,在研究挤压带板的纵向性能时应考虑由此而带来的影响.

【Abstract】 Influences of solution treatment time on the mechanical properties of 7055 alloy extruded plate in longitudinal and transverse directions and the influence of the sampling location of the longitudinal samples on mechanical properties of the plate have been investigated. The results showed that the alloying elements in 7055 alloy can be dissolved fully when the time of solution treatment at 470℃ exceeds 20min; continuing to extend time of solution treatment can not improve the strength but can increase the elongation of the alloy slightly. The strength of the plate in longitudinal direction is obviously higher than that of plate in transverse direction, but the elongation shows the opposite result. The strength of longitudinal samples shows an obvious difference when sampling location changes from the center to edge along the breadth direction of the extruded plate. The strength increases greatly from the centre to the edge, but the elongation changes a little. The variations caused by sampling location should be considered when the mechanical property of extruded plate in longitudinal orientation is studied.
