水分对MSW热解产气特性的影响及解决途径

【摘要】 城市生活垃圾(MSW)的固定床热解实验表明,水分引起气体热含量降低,导致MSW的热解靠自身产气的热量难以进行.提出预干燥和掺煤热解两条有效解决途径,并指出MSW掺15%的煤混合热解,可以达到与干燥MSW热解气体相近的热解产气效果.

【Abstract】 The pyrolysis of MSW is studid in a fixed bed reactor. The result shows that moisture induces the decreasing of pyrolysis gas enthalpy and makes it difficult to afford the pyrolysis. It is proved that pre-drying can shorten the pyrolytic time of MSW and improve the yield and heat value of pyrolysis gas,and that the addition of coal into MSW can also promote the gas yield and improve the heat value of pyrolysis gas. It is conclued that when MSW is mixed with 15% coal, it can approximately produce the same enthalpy of pyrolysis gas as drying MSW.
