【Abstract】 The limitation of manual calculation formula for special steel smelting is analyzed. A basic compuation model with high accuracy,and the corresponding calculation models and program modules for frequent problems in charge calculation,alloying,estimation of liquid steel weight,adjustment of over-standard element content and determination of element recovery are developed.
