碳含量对GH4199合金拉伸、持久性能及组织的影响
Effects of the carbon content on the tensile properties, stress rupture properties and microstructure of superalloy GH4199
【摘要】 研究了碳含量对镍基变形高温合金GH4199拉伸、持久性能及显微组织的影响,并对碳含量变化所引起的组织及性能改变的原因进行了分析.结果表明:增加碳含量会阻止晶粒度长大,并明显改变碳化物的数量、形状及分布,碳化物类型主要以(W,Mo)6C为主,800℃长期时效500h后有M23C6析出,较低的碳含量对合金的拉伸及持久性能是有利的.
【Abstract】 The effects of the carbon content on the tensile properties, stress rupture properties and microstructure of Ni-Base wrought superalloy GH4199 were investigated. The mechanism of the mechanical properties and microstructures changing with carbon content has also been analyzed. The result showed that increase of carbon content in the alloy could prevent the grain growth and obviously affect the quantity, shape and distribution of carbides. The type of carbides in the alloy is mostly (W,Mo)6C . After the long time aging to 500 h at 800℃, M23C6 carbides began to precipitate in the alloy. The relatively low carbon content is of advantage to tensile and stress rupture properties of alloy GH4199.
