【摘要】 采用问卷调查、文献资料、座谈、实地调查与电话访谈相结合的研究方法 ,对本院体教专业在转型过程中三届毕业生进行就业调查 ,发现就业制度与就业渠道的畅通、人才资源存量增加与用人单位吸收能力下降、毕业生自身文化基础薄弱与择业观念等影响毕业生的就业率与就业的现状 提出完善就业指导与就业服务 ,以注重“自我就业”能力、从能力本位走向人格本位、从终结学习走向终身学习等能力的培养来提高毕业生就业率更多还原

【Abstract】 During the transformation period of physical education in Huaihua University, with the help of questionaire, documents, interviews, on-the-spot investigation, the author has found several factors affecting the graduates’s employment rate and its scope, the employment policy, degree of unimpededness of the employment channel ,increasingly available talents, decreasing need for talents in some institutions, graduates’ weak basic knowledge and their concepts about obtaining employment etc. In the light of these, the author puts forward some suggestions to increase the rate: perfecting the employment guidance and service, attaching importance to the ability of self-obtain employment, shifting the focus of developing students from ability to personality, and forming the limited study to lifelong study.更多还原
