【摘要】 2002年和2003年在浙江省乐清市东财育苗厂和江苏省金桥盐业公司东山育苗厂分别进行了青蛤工厂化育苗生产性试验。结果表明,促熟培养成熟的亲贝和自然发育成熟的亲贝,经过5h阴干、遮光充气3～5h的诱导催产,在水温26～29℃、比重1.017～1.023、pH值8.1～8.5条件下,催产成功率达100%,受精率90%左右。受精卵25～36个/ml,孵化率在85～96%;D形幼虫培养密度7～11个/ml,5～6d全部附着变态。用300目筛绢过滤海泥,沉淀池底2mm,附着率80%左右。东财育苗厂2002年3～10月,在1000m~3水体中,培育出4～300×10~4粒/kg稚贝2618kg,其中1.0～3.0×10~6粒/kg稚贝796.50kg,平均单位出苗量0.248kg/m~2,4～100×10~4粒/kg稚贝1821.50kg,平均单位出苗量0.495kg/m~2;2003年7～10月,在1000m~3水体中,培育出1.4～20×10~5粒/kg稚贝1260kg,平均单位出苗量1.5kg/m~2,小个体的单位育苗量0.25kg/m~2,大个体的单位育苗量2kg/m~2左右。东山育苗厂,2002年7～8月在45m~3水体中,培育出7.4～40×10~5粒/kg稚贝47.8kg,平均单位出苗量1.59kg/m~2;2003年6～7月,在231m~3水体中,培育出4.0～50×10~5粒/kg稚贝72kg,3.0×10~7粒/kg幼苗22kg,共出苗94kg,单位出苗量在0.29～0.47kg/m~2。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pilot-scale experiments on industrial seedling rearing of clam Cyclina sinensis (Gmelin) were carried outin Dongcai Nursery Factory of Leqing, Zhejiang province and Dongshan Nursery Factory, Jinqiao Salt Industry Co.,Jiangsu province, respectively in 2002 and 2003. The results indicated that under the conditions of watertemperature 26 - 29℃, specific gravity 1.017 - 1.023, and pH 8.1 - 8.5, the induced maturing and natural developing mature parent shellfishes spawned successfully after 5 hours of dry in the shade and inducted spawningwith light covering and aeration for 3 - 5 hours. The induced spawning rate was 100%, the fertilization rate about90%, the fertilized eggs 25 - 36/ml, and the hatching rate 85 --96%. The rearing density of D - shaped larvaewas 7 - 11/ml, and the larvae were all adhesion and metamorphosis after 5 - 6 days. Sea mud was filtered withsieve of 200 meshes, and 2mm thick of mud was settled on the bottom of tank with the adhesive rate of D - shapedlarvae about 80%. In Dongcai Nursery Factory, 2618 kg of spat with size 40,000 - 3, 000, 000 ind/kg were rearedin water body of 1, 000 cu. meters in March to October 2002,\ of which 796. 5kg of spat were size of 1,000,000 -3, 000,000 ind/kg, with an average unit output of seedling 0.248 kg/m~2 and 1821. 5kg of spat were size 40,000 -2,000,000 ind/kg with an average unit output of seedling 0.495 kg/m~2. In July to October 2003, 1260 kg of spatwith the size of 140,000 - 2,000,000 ind/kg were reared in water body of 1, 000 cu. meters. The unit output ofsmall seedling was 0.25kg/kg, and that of large one was about 2kg/m~2, with an average output of 1.5kg/m~2. InDongshan Nursery Factory, 47. 8 kg of spat with the size of 740,000 - 4,000,000ind/kg were reared in water bodyof 45 cu. meters in July to August 2002. An average output of seedling was 1. 59kg/m~2. In June to July 2003, 72kg of spat with the size of 400,000 - 5,000, 000 ind/kg and 22 kg of spat with the size of 30,000, 000 ind/kg werereared in water body of 231 cu. meters.
