【摘要】 论述了效能评估模型及一般分析方法 ,确定了定量和定性分析相结合的运载火箭发射过程评估方案 ,阐述了运载火箭发射过程效能评估的多指标综合评价方法 ,应用层次分析法建立了评估模型 ,规划了评估体系。论文最后给出的部分仿真结果描述了系统总体效能和设施设备工作情况及重要度之间的关系 ,这种关系是符合工程实际的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the model of effectiveness evaluation and the general analysis method, and gives a scenario of the launch vehicle’s launch process effectiveness evaluation( LVLPEE ) by quantified and qualitative analysis, then expounds the method of the multi-index synthetic evaluation for LVLPEE , also establishes the evaluation model by the Analytical Hierarchy Process, and layouts the index system. Part of the simulation results given at the end of the paper pictures the relations among the overall effectiveness, the launch facilities and the importance, which are accord with the actual engineering.更多还原
