【摘要】 以安徽省为例,在对旅游企业、旅游专业在职大学毕业生以及应届旅游专业大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,揭示了旅游企业与旅游专业大学生互存的"期望失位"现象,并就双方满意度进行了比较。最后,针对存在的实质性问题对旅游企业人力资源开发提出了具体的对策。更多还原
