浅析旅游企业与旅游专业大学生"期望失位"现象——以安徽省为例
Investigation of The Disturb of Expectation Between The Tourism Company and Graduated of Anhui Province
【摘要】 以安徽省为例,在对旅游企业、旅游专业在职大学毕业生以及应届旅游专业大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,揭示了旅游企业与旅游专业大学生互存的"期望失位"现象,并就双方满意度进行了比较。最后,针对存在的实质性问题对旅游企业人力资源开发提出了具体的对策。
【Abstract】 The tourism company, the graduated from tourism academy and the undergraduate of the college will be the analysed objects in this paper. According to investigation, we will find the disturb of expectation between the company and graduated., besides, the satisfaction between them will be compared.
