【Abstract】 In the context of the marketing economy, an individual’s investment in education is not just in its usual sense of investment, i.e., profit-based, but also significant for its social and personal values. So an individual’s investment in education is now getting more and more attended. As planning economy is switched to the marketing economy, the sole investment by the government will give way to multi-faceted investments, such as governmental, social, and individuals investments, so as to adapt to the development.
