基于ANSYS的有限元方法在焊接热效应分析中的应用
Application of finite element method based on ANSYS in analyzing thermal results in welding
【摘要】 ANSYS是计算机辅助工程(CAE)领域应用最广泛的有限元分析软件,通过对该软件的系统组成、工作流程和工作原理等方面进行分析,对有限元方法FEM在焊接热效应领域的应用进行了研究。ANSYS能与其他主流CAD软件双向传递数据,具有多物理场分析能力和便捷的前后数据处理能力,通过基于ANSYS的虚拟试验平台,可以低成本、高效率优化与焊接热效应相关产品设计方案,因而在焊接研究和生产方面有着广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 ANSYS is a widely used FEM analysis soft in the computer aided engineering(CAE)field.A research to application of FEM in thermal effect of welding was made,based on introduction of ANSYS including its system compose,working flow chart and working theory.ANSYS can pass data in and out with other famous CAD software,it has multi-physical field analyzing ability,and its preprocessor or postprocessor can help us conveniently dispose result information.With the support of ANSYS,a dummy test base,we can optimize our design of welding production in a more economical and efficient way,of which related with thermal effect analysis.So ANSYS will surely has a splendid foreground in the field of welding research and production.
