【摘要】 目的探讨纵隔异位胰腺的影像诊断要点。方法搜集2例经手术病理证实的纵隔异位胰腺的病例,回顾分析其影像及临床表现。结果2例异位胰腺均位于右侧前中下纵隔,其影像表现类似纵隔囊肿,病灶巨大。患者无特异性临床表现。结论纵隔异位胰腺罕见,其影像表现有一定特征,但必须结合临床资料排除常见纵隔肿瘤后,方可提示本病的诊断,最终诊断尚需病理证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the imaging diagnosis of ectopic pancreas in mediastium. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with heterotopic pancreas in mediastinum were analyzed retrospectively, which were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Both heterotopic pancreas were located in right anterior middle-inferior mediastinum. The imaging findings of ectopic pancreas in mediastium were similar to those of mediastinum cyst. The clinical presentations of 2 patients were nonspecific. Conclusion Ectopic pancreas in mediastinum is uncommon, the imaging findings of which have some certain characteristics. The confirmed diagnosis depends on the pathological examination.更多还原
