【摘要】 目的检测HPV16/18 E6蛋白在喉癌中的表达水平,研究其表达与临床、病理参数的关系,探讨HPV在喉癌病因学中的作用。方法选取喉癌30例,另选声带息肉30例及正常喉组织6例作为对照,采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测其HPV16/18 E6蛋白的表达。结果喉癌中HPV16/18 E6、凹空细胞的阳性率分别为56.7%(17/30)、46.7%(14/30)。声带息肉中凹空细胞的阳性率为40%(12/30),HPV16/18 E6为阴性。正常喉组织均为阴性。喉癌中凹空细胞表达与组织分化正相关,分化越高,阳性率越高。喉癌中HPV16/18 E6表达与凹空细胞表达呈正相关,与组织分化负相关,分化越低,阳性率越高。结论HPV16、18型与喉癌的发生密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the expression of HPV16/18 E6 in laryngeal carcinomaand investigate the role of HPV in laryngeal carcinogenic progression.Methods30 specimensof primary laryngeal carcinoma were subjected to immunohistochemical analyses of HPV16/18E6. 30 cases of Vocal cord polyps and 6 cases of normal laryngeal epidermal tissue wereselected as control.ResultsThe positive rate of HPV16/18 E6,koilocyte in laryngealcarcinoma was 56.7%(17/30),46.7% (14/30) respectively. In polyps,koilocyte was obtainedin 12 cases (40%) , and HPV16/18 E6 was negative. No positive expression was found innormal laryngeal tissue.The expression of HPV16/18 E6 showed a positive correlation withkoilocyte and a negative correlation with histological differentiation in laryngeal carcinoma.Positive correlation was observed between koilocyte expression and histological differentiationin carcinoma.ConclusionHPV16/18 is an important oncogenic factor of laryngeal carcinoma.[更多还原
