乐滩砂石系统人工砂细度模数的控制
Control of Size Modulus of the Aggregate Plant of Letan Project
【摘要】 细度模数是衡量人工砂质量的一个重要指标,直接影响到混凝土的和易性、强度、抗渗性及经济指标;在乐滩水电站砂石加工系统早期的生产中,人工砂细度模数偏高且不稳定,通过对设备、人、材料、环境、工艺等各种因素的全面试验分析,找出关键原因并针对性地采取多项控制措施,使人工砂细度模数达到了合同要求。
【Abstract】 Size modulus is an important indicator of artificial aggregate quality, which will directly influence the workability, strength, impermeabiity and economic indices of the concrete. The size modulus of the artificial aggregate in the early period is relatively high and unstable, and consequently a complete experimental analysis is made against the production equipment, material, environmental conditions, and process, etc. in order to find out the causes and counter measures for meeting the contractual requirements.
