【Abstract】 To counter the present condition of the mass sports in colleges and universities,and the analysis of the different aspect of the university,teacher and student,the authors think that it is a necessary and effective method to establish the university students’ referee association to solve the contradication between the students who have the demands from the referees and the insufficient supply from the referee.更多还原
