【摘要】 采用文献资料及调查研究等方法 ,阐述高等体育函授教育是“体教结合”的特殊形式 ,是竞技体育人才培养的途径之一。通过高等体育函授教育与竞技体育的互动关系 ,探讨高等体育函授教育未来发展思路与方向。开辟并填补特殊竞技体育人才培养渠道之空白 ,积极和相关部门合作 ,走培训和函授教育相结合道路。满足竞技体育人才市场需求 ,共同完善“体教结合”培养体系 ,使高等体育函授教育健康持续发展更多还原

【Abstract】 By reading literature data and conducting research,the author indicates that P.E. higher in—service training is a special form of‘combination of P.E. and education’and one of the ways to cultivate talent player for athletics.Exploring the international relationship of P.E. higher in—service training and athletics,we discuss the development and the direction of in—service training—curving a way and supplying a gap of cultivating special talent athletes, working actively together with the relative departments,combining training and in—service training,thus meeting the needs of market of athletics,improving the system of ‘combination of PE and education’and keeping the sustained development of PE higher in—service training.更多还原
