谷氨酸生产菌的选育
Breeding of Mutant Strain for Glulamate Prodaction
【摘要】 研究代谢调节突变株的选育方法 .以北京棒杆菌Q 72为出发菌株 ,经紫外线诱变 ,筛选能在以琥珀酸为唯一碳源的培养基上生长良好的菌株 ,强化CO2 固定反应 .突变株UH6 2的产酸率和转化率分别比出发菌株提高 1.4 5 %和 9.1% .
【Abstract】 A study is made on the method for breeding mutant strain of metabolic regulation. Corynebacterium beijinese Q-72 is taken as starting bacterial strain. After mutagenizing by UV, the authors have screened the mutant strain UH62 which grows well on the medium with succinate as unique carbon source and shows strong carboxylation. The mutant strain UH62 shows respectively a glutamate productivity of 1.45% higher and a glutamate/glucose conversion rate of 9.1% higher than those of starting strain Q-72.
