【摘要】 目的 :探讨中西药联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将中医辨证为气阴两虚型的 6 6例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全代偿期患者随机分为两组 ,对照组采用西药常规降糖、降血压等治疗 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药颗粒剂止消通脉宁 ,3月后观察两组的疗效 ,包括中医症状、肾功能、血脂等指标。结果 :治疗组有效率为 81.81% ,与对照组 6 9.70 %相比具有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 1,并且 ,治疗组在改善症状、血脂水平、肾功能等方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西药联合应用在治疗糖尿病肾病中具有独特的优势 ,可明显提高该病的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy. Method: Sixty-six patients with diabetic nephropathy in its renal insufficiency compensatory phase who were differentiated with deficiency of both qi and yin were classified randomly into two groups: the controlled group and the treated group. The former were treated by routine western medicine to decrease the blood pressure and blood sugar, while the later, based on the treatment of the controlled group , were treated by Zhixiao Tongmai Ning Granule. The therapeutic effectiveness was observed 3 months later . Results: There was a remarkable difference in the effectiveness rate between the treated group(81.81%) and the controlled group(69.70%).The treated group was superior to the controlled group in the improvement of symptoms ,blood-fat level and the kidney function(P<0,01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine has its unique advantage in treating diabetic nephropathy , it can obviously improve the clinical therapeutic effectiveness.更多还原
