【摘要】 目的 :观察肾炎灵胶囊对气虚水肿 (慢性肾炎肾病型 )的临床疗效。方法 :将观察对象随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组使用肾炎灵胶囊 ,对照组使用金水宝胶囊。结果 :两组整体疗效比较 ,治疗组显效率高于对照组 ,二者有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;有效率比较 ,二者无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。各项症状体征比较 ,治疗组对气虚症状改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肾炎灵胶囊对气虚水肿疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose : To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shen Yan Ling capsule for hydrops due to qi deficiency (chronic nephritic nephritis) . Method : A random sample of patients were divided into the treated group and controlled group , the former was treated by Shen Yan Ling capsule while the latter by Jin Shui Bao Capsule. Results: In the total therapeutic effect of the two groups, there was a remarkable difference ( P <0.01), the effectual rate of the treated group was higher that of the controlled group; as to the effective rates , there was an obvious difference ( P <0.05). And in the symptoms and signs, the treated group was obviously better than the controlled group in improving the qi deficiency symptoms. Conclusion : The therapeutic effect of Shen Yan Ling capsule is certain for hydrops due to qi deficiency .更多还原
