【摘要】 目的探讨中药白松片对慢性应激大鼠行为学及血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素 (CRH)和促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)浓度的影响。方法采用不同应激因子交替持续应激 2 1d复制大鼠慢性应激抑郁模型 ,观察大鼠行为学变化 ,于上午 8点将所有大鼠断头取血并离心收集血浆 ,用放射免疫方法测定大鼠血浆CRH和ACTH的水平。结果慢性应激模型组血浆CRH、ACTH较空白对照组显著升高 ,差异有非常显著性(P <0 .0 1 ) ;白松试验组血浆CRH、ACTH浓度比模型组低 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论白松片可抑制慢性应激引起的HPA轴功能亢进 ,具有抗抑郁作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Tablet Baisong(TBS) on the levels of CRH and ACTH in the plasma of modeling rats following chronic stress and on the behavior of these animals.Methods The chronic stress model of rats was prepared by exposing the animals to the lasting altermate stimulus for 21 days, with TBS given and behavior changes observed every day.By the end of experiment, the plasma samples of experimental rats were taken for CRH and ACTH determination by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in the morning (80′ clock).Results Compared with that of normal group,the plasma concentration of CRH and ACTH was significantly elevated in modeling group (P< 0.01 ).In contrast, the levels of CRH and ACTH were significantly lower in the animals received TBS treating than that in modeling group (P< 0.01 ).Conclusions TBS can inhibit HPA hyperactivity of rats resulted from the stimulation of chronic stress.In this way, it holds the effects of anti-depressant.更多还原
