【摘要】 目的观察关节灵治疗三痹的临床疗效。方法将 5 6例三痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 2 8例口服关节灵煎剂 ,对照组 2 8例口服雷公藤片。结果关节灵治疗三痹临床总有效率为 85 .71 %,与雷公藤 ( 89.2 9%)比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。关节灵可明显改善患者关节疼痛、压痛、疼痛个数、肿胀等症状及体征 ,降低患者血清ESR、CRP水平 ,与雷公藤比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。临床应用关节灵过程中 ,未发现不良反应 ,安全性明显优于雷公藤 (其不良反应发生率为 46.3 %)。结论关节灵对三痹具有较好的镇痛抗炎效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To invesigate the therapeutic effects of Guanjieling on Sanbi Blockage Disease (SBD). Methods 56 cases with SBD were included in this study. They were randomly divided into treating group (TG) and controlling one (CG). 28 cases in TG were treated with Guanjieling Decoction (GJLD) orally taken, and another 28 cases in CG were treated with common threewingnut root tablet (CTRT), also orally taken. Results The total effective rate was 85.71% for TG and it was 89.29% for CG, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05 ). Furthermore, the therapeutic effects of GJLD on clinical symptoms were almost the same as that of CTRT, with no significant difference between them (P> 0.05 ).In contrast, the safety of GJLD in clinical use was sigificantly suporior to that of CTRT, which showed a percentage of side effects about 46.3%. Conclusions GJLD holds more effective therapeutic effects on SBD. These effects may be brought about via its analgesic and anti inflammatory effects on this lesion.更多还原
