【摘要】 目的 :对益气活血胶囊的质量标准进行研究。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对主药丹参、黄芪进行定性鉴别 ;RP -HPLC对丹参酮ⅡA 进行含量测定。结果 :主药薄层色谱定性鉴别特征性强 ,重现性好 ;RP -HPLC精密度、重现性良好 ,平均加样回收率为 98.95 % ,RSD为 0 .5 4 %。结论 :益气活血胶囊质量标准稳定 ,可作为该品种的内控标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the prepration and quality control of replenishing Qi and invigorating blood circulation capsule. Method: The main drugs as Salvia Miltiorrhizae and Astragalus Membranaceus are qualitatively identified by TLC,the content of Sodium Tanshinon Ⅱ A is determined by RP-HPLC. Results: The identication of main drugs by TLC is characteristic and repeatable;RP-HPLC has good precision and repetition,the average rate of recovery is 98.95%,RSD is 0.54%. Concluslon: The conclusion that the replenishing Qi and invigorating blood circulation capsule, has stable quality standard and could be as control standard of the drug.更多还原
