【摘要】 目的 :结合黄精的传统功效 ,研究其活性部位粗多糖的滋阴作用 ,并研究其对阴虚模型小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数及血清中IL- 2含量的影响。方法 :用黄精粗多糖对温热药致阴虚模型小鼠进行实验 ,用药共 30d ,设空白对照组、模型组、黄精粗多糖大、中、小剂量组 ,用六味地黄丸作阳性对照。结果 :黄精粗多糖能明显提高阴虚模型小鼠的体重增长率及痛阈 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,能明显升高阴虚模型小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且黄精粗多糖大剂量能显著升高阴虚模型小鼠血清中IL - 2含量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄精粗多糖能增强阴虚模型小鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the crude polysaccharide effect of nourishing yin in the light of traditional functions and to explore its effect on mice’s thymic and spleen indexes as well as IL-2 level in serum. Method: Yin-deficient mouse models induced by warm-hot natured drugs were made for experiment of crude polysaccharide. All the groups included blank one, model one, crude polysaccharide groups of large dose, medium dose and minor dose, Liuwei Dihuang Pill group (as positively comparative group). Mice of each group received administration of drugs for 30 days. Result: Crude polysaccharide could markedly raise these yin-deficient mice’ weight and increase pain threshold, indexes of the thymus and spleen (P<0.05). In addition, crude polysaccharide given in large dose could noticeably increase IL-2 level in the mice’ serum (P<0.01). Conclusion: Crude polysaccharide had an effect of increasing immunity in the yin-deficient mice.更多还原
