【摘要】 目的　了解复方甘油冻存剂对精子冻存前后活力的影响。方法　取 8份志愿者精液 ,加入复方甘油作为抗冻剂 ,冻存 10d ,比较冻存前后精子的密度和活动率。结果　冻存前与冻存后 10d精子的密度和活动率均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　复方甘油是冻存精子的一种良好的抗冻剂更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the influence of compound glycerine antifreeze on cryopreservation sperm before and after preservation.Methods The authors took sperm fluid from 8 volunteers and put in antifreeze of compound glycerine in 10d of cryopreservation.The authors compared with sperm density and activity before and after preservation.Results Sperm density and activity were not obviously differenct (P>0.05) before and after preservation of 10 d.Conclusion Compound glycerine is a good antifreeze in cryopreservation sperm.更多还原
