【摘要】 目的　探讨 4℃与 - 196℃保存胸腺细胞的存活率。方法　取大白鼠 ,无菌条件下制备成胸腺细胞悬液 ,分别于 4℃与 - 196℃保存 ,保存 36h和 35d后 ,用Trypanblue染色、观察胸腺细胞的回收率。结果　胸腺细胞 4℃保存 36h ,回收率为 2 8% ;- 196℃冻存 35d ,细胞回收率为 2 318/μl。 结论　 - 196℃冻存胸腺细胞其存活率高于4℃保存 ,- 196℃保存胸腺细胞是一种有效的中长期保存方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the survival rate of preservation thoratic gland cells in 4℃ and -196℃. Methods The authors took thoratic gland from naked rats and suspension fluid were made out from the thoratic gland under aseptic condition.The authors observed the reclamation of thoratic gland cells with Trypanblue dyeing after the preservation of 36 h and 35 h.Results The reclamation of thoratic gland cells was 28% in the preservation of 36 h(4℃).It was 2318/ug in the preservation of 35 h (-196℃).Conclusion It is an effective preservation method of a middle and long period of time in preservation thoracic gland cells with -196℃.更多还原
