【摘要】 目的　观察分析妊娠期尖锐湿疣 (CA)和非妊娠期尖锐湿疣临床症状的差异及二氧化碳激光治疗效果评价 ,探索妊娠期CA患者安全有效的治疗方法并指导其妊娠和分娩。方法　回顾性对比分析 38例妊娠期CA及同期 4 0例非妊娠期CA的临床表现及二氧化碳激光治疗效果。结果　妊娠期CA组疣体生长快、分布广 ,易合并霉菌感染 ,单纯二氧化碳激光治疗治愈率高于非妊娠期CA组。结论　妊娠期CA并不难治 ,不需要全部患病孕妇终止妊娠或剖宫产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the different clinical symptoms of condyloma acuminata(CA) in pregnancy and unpregnancy stages and to evaluate the effects of carbon dioxide laser treatment. And to explore the effective and safe treatment of CA in pregnancy stages and direct their pregnancy and parturition. Methods The clinical expression and the effects of carbon bioxide laser treatment of CA in pregnancy and unpregnancy stages were analyzed with retrospective study. Results The wart of CA in the pregnancy stages grew faster, spread widely, and easy infected by fungus,which the cure rate of the treatment by only carbon bioxide laser was higher than CA in the unpregnancy stages. Conclusion It is not difficult to cure CA in the pregnancy stages,and it doesn’t need all pregnant women to stop pregnant or caesarean birth.更多还原
