【摘要】 目的　通过观察血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )对嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)趋化功能的影响 ,探讨AngⅡ是否在哮喘的发病中起一定的作用。方法　腹腔注射卵清蛋白复制哮喘模型 ,采用非连续密度梯度法分离EOS ,通过改良的Boyden小室进行EOS迁移能力的判定 ,比较不同浓度的AngⅡ对EOS迁移能力的影响。结果　较低浓度的AngⅡ对EOS迁移能力无影响 ,高浓度AngⅡ可加大其迁移能力 ,但AngⅡ达到一定浓度后 ,这种影响之间便无明显差别。结论　AngⅡ对EOS有趋化作用 ,这种作用可能参与了哮喘的发生发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effects of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) on asthma by observing the influence of AngⅡ on the migration of eosinophil(EOS).Methods Set up animal model of asthma by injecting OVA,then EOS cells were separated with Ficoll Hypaque density gradient centrifugation.Modified Boyden chemotactic chambers were used to finish the chemotaxis.Results AngⅡ in low level had no effect on EOS.With the higher level,it could stimulate the migration of ESO.But when it reached to certain level,the effect was not significent.Conclusion The effect of AngⅡ stimulating migration of ESO may play a part in asthma.更多还原
