【摘要】 目的 :评估总结 Z- plate在治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折中的应用和价值。方法 :对 2 1例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者行前路减压 ,植骨 Z- plate内固定术 ,观察术前、术后神经功能恢复情况。结果 :随访时间 5～ 2 0个月 ,平均 9.3个月。按照Frankel分级 :术前 A级 3例 ,B级 5例 ,C级 10例 ,D级 2例 ,E级 1例 ;术后 A级 3例 ,B级 2例 ,C级 5例 ,D级 8例 ,E级 3例 ,无术中、术后并发症 ,未见钢板和螺钉断裂及松动现象。结论 :该系统具有稳定性好 ,操作简单 ,安全 ,合并症少 ,内固定材料生物相容性好 ,术后 MRI及 CT检查干扰轻微等优点。适用于胸腰椎前路减压并重建脊柱稳定性的治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and introduce the efficacy of Z-plate in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures Methods Twenty-one cases of bursting fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral body were treated by anterolateral decompression and bone grafting and internal fixation with Z-plate.to observe nervous injury recovery before and after operation.Results All cases were followed up for 5～20 months.According to Frankel impairment scale,there were 3 cases in A,2 cases in B,5 cases in C,8 cases in D,and 3 cases in E after operation.There was no complication related to the plate fixation,no screw loosening or fracture.Conclusion Z-plate system is stable,simpk and safe with less complications and good biocompatibity.There is no disturbance to postoperational check of MRI and CT.It is especially proper for the stabilization of thoracolumber region after anterior decompression.更多还原
