【摘要】 目的 :研究急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿初治时和完全缓解后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群数量及其功能 ,寻找更好的控制儿童白血病的方法。方法 :采用单克隆抗体在流式细胞仪上测定了 16例急性淋巴细胞白血病儿童初治时、完全缓解后外周血单个核细胞 (MNC)CD3 ,CD4,CD8含量及自然杀伤细胞 (NKC)水平。结果 :急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿外周血CD3 ,CD4,NKC细胞及CD4/CD8比值均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8+细胞明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,完全缓解患儿T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞达正常水平 ,与正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :免疫损害在白血病的发病过程中起重要作用 ;T淋巴细胞的免疫功能与儿童白血病的预后关系密切 ;促进患儿免疫功能的恢复对治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore immunologic function of T lymphocytes in children with acute lymphocytic leukemia and provide the help for the treatment of leukemia. Methods A series of peripheral blood samples from 16 children with acute lymphocytic leukemia were collected when diagnosis and after complete remission. Levels of CD 3, CD 4, CD 8 and NKC were detected. T lymphocytes from peripheral blood in healthy children were used as control.Results At diagnosis, there was lower CD 3, CD 4, NKC and CD 4/CD 8 ratio of T subset than those in normal control (P< 0.01 ). CD 8 was increased than that in normal control (P< 0.01 ). After complete remission, CD 3, CD 4, NKC and CD 4/CD 8 were increased significantly compared with those of patients at diagnosis (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the group of complete remission and normal control. Conclusion T cell is closely related to the prognosis of lymphocytic leukemia in children. Stimulating the host immune compartment plays an important role in the treatment.更多还原
