【摘要】 目的 :建立天元胶囊质量标准。方法 :(1)采用理化鉴别当归中有效成分 ;(2 )采用薄层色谱鉴别延胡索、天冬、柴胡 ;(3)用HPLC测定天元胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量 ,用YWG -C18(15 0× 4 .6mmi.d .) ;[甲醇 -水 (70 :30 ) ]:磷酸缓冲液 (10 0 1.8)为流动相 ;流速为 0 .8ml·min-1检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 99.79%。RSD =0 .6 0 % (n =6 )在 0 .2 3～ 3.6 8μg范围内线性关系良好。结论 :本法操作简易、准确、重复性好 ,能够控制天元胶囊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standard of Tianyuan Capsule. Methods: (1) Detecting the utility component; (2) Differentiating yanhusuo, cochinchinese asparagus root and chinese thorowax root; (3) Determination the content of corydalis B in Tianyuan Capsule with YWG-C 18 (150×4.6mmi.d.),[methanol-water(70:30)]:phosphoric acid buffer(100:1.8)is flow phase. The flow-rate is 0.8ml·min -1 . The detect wave-length is 280nm. Results: The average recover rate of was 99.79%.RSD=0.60% (n=6). It has good linear relation in 0.23～3.68μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, exactly and well repeated for control the quantity of Tianyuan Capsule.更多还原
