【摘要】 目的 :观察化障丸治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法 :将 1 5 0例病例随机分为治疗组 1 1 0例和对照组 4 0例 ,其中治疗组采用化障丸治疗 ,对照组则予明目地黄丸治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 83.4 % ,总显效率 1 3.6 6 % ,对照组总有效率 38.6 7% ,总显效率 4 .0 0 % ,两者比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且治疗组治疗后裸眼视力情况、晶状体混浊改善情况、主要症状改善情况等均优于对照组。结论 :化障丸对于治疗老年性白内障具有较好的临床疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Huazhang Pills for the senile cataract. Methods: The 150 cases were divided into two groups randomly, which 110 cases as treatment group and 40 cases as contrast group. The treatment group was treated by Huazhang Pills, while the contrast group was treated with Mingmudihuang Pills. Results: The utility rate was 83.4%, while the obviously utility rate was 13.66% in treatment group. The contrast group was 38.67%, 4.00% respectively. The difference between the two groups has very significantly significance ( P <0.01). The improvement of naked vision, lenticular opacity and main symptom was better than contrast group.
