【摘要】 目的 :临床观察加减酸枣仁汤对脑出血急性期躁狂症的疗效及对预后的影响。方法 :将观察病例随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,除了常规处理措施之外 ,治疗组使用加减酸枣仁汤处理 ,对照组采用地西泮处理 ,两组进行疗效对比。结果 :两组均见明显疗效 (P <0 .0 1) ,在改善症状和预后的程度上 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :加减酸枣仁汤能显著改善脑出血急性期合并狂躁症患者的相应症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect and prognosi of Jiajiansuanzaoren Decoction for the treatment of acute mania with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. After the common treatment, the treatment group was treated with Jiajiansuanzaoren Decoction, and the control group was treated with diazepam, with the effects were contrasted. Results: These two groups both have marked effects(P<0.01). The effect of treatment group was better than control groupin degree of improving symptom and prognosi(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiajiansuanzaoren Decoction could significantly improve the related symptoms of acute mania with cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
