【摘要】 【目的】探讨口腔白斑 (OLP)的发病机制及中药Ⅰ号口服液的作用机制。【方法】采用SP法检测12 0例OLP治疗前后病损区角朊细胞 (KC)异常表达人白细胞分化抗原DR区 (HLA DR)抗原的情况。【结果】12 0例OLP标本的黏膜上皮细胞均不同程度的表达HLA DR的阳性KC ,其数量及表达程度与中药Ⅰ号口服液的疗效呈负相关 ,不同疗效组间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。【结论】本结果提示 ,OLP的发病机制可能是机体免疫功能低下引起的自身免疫反应。推测中药Ⅰ号口服液的作用机制是调整机体的免疫功能 ,抑制自身免疫反应 ,从而取得较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the pathogenesis of oral leukoplakia planus (OLP) and the mechanism of action in the application of Chinese traditional medicine-No.1 Drinking.The abnormal expressions of human leukocyte antigen-DR(HLA-DR) in keratinocytes (KCs) from lesions of 120 patients with OLP were detected by immunohistochemical. technique (SP method).HLA-DR positive KCs with different degree of expression were found in all epithelial cells of mucous membrane within OLP specimens collected from 120 patients. The numbers and expressive degree of HLA-DR were negatively correlated to the therapeutic efficacy of No.1. Drinking. Statistically significant differences existed among groups of OLP showing diverse therapeutic efficacy (P<0.01).[Conclusions]The results suggest that the pathogenesis of OLP may be the autoimmue response caused by decreased immunological function of the patient. No.1 Drinking is inferred to modulate the immunological function and inhibit the autoimmune response, so better clinical effect can be achieved.更多还原
