【摘要】 【目的】探讨骨肉瘤组织CD4 4v6和P选择素 (CD6 2P)的表达特征及其临床意义。【方法】采用流式细胞术对 34例石蜡包埋的骨肉瘤组织CD6 2P和CD4 4v6的表达进行荧光免疫检测 ,并与骨软骨瘤 (n =10 )进行对比研究。【结果】在骨肉瘤组织中 ,CD4 4v6及CD6 2P阳性表达率明显高于骨软骨瘤组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,ⅡB期、Ⅲ期和ⅡA期之间CD4 4v6和CD6 2P表达比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD6 2P和CD4 4v6在骨肉瘤组织中的表达呈正相关 (r =0 .736 ;P =0 .0 0 0 )。【结论】CD6 2P和CD4 4v6与骨肉瘤的侵袭、转移相关。可作为骨肿瘤恶性表型和预测骨肉瘤转移潜能的指标。CD6 2P和CD4 4v6在骨肉瘤病变发展及病情变化过程中重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the expression features and clinical significance of CD44v6 and selectin P (CD62P) in osteosarcoma (OS) tissues.Using immuno-fluorescence technique, the expressions of CD44v6 and CD62P in paraffin-embeded tissues collected from 34 cases with OS were detected by flow cytometry, tissue specimens from 10 cases of osteochondroma (OC) served as controls.The positive expression rates of CD44v6 and CD62P in OS tissues were significantly higher than those in OC group (P<0.001).Distinct statistical differences were shown among expressions of CD44v6 and CD62P in Enneking stages Ⅱ B, Ⅲ and Ⅱ A (P<0.05). The expressions of CD44v6 and CD62P in OS tissues were positively correlated with each other (r=0.736; P<0.001).[Conclusions]Both CD44v6 and CD62P are related to the invasion and metastasis of OS. They can be used as a criterion for malignancy phenotype of bone tumors and prediction of metastatic potentiality of OS. CD44v6 and CD62P may play an important role in the progression and severity changes of OS.更多还原
