【摘要】 【目的】探讨经椎弓根椎体植骨成形术的效果 ,防止术后矫正度的丢失。【方法】对经椎弓根椎体植骨成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者 2 1例 (A组 )与未运用该法治疗的 2 8例 (B组 )进行临床对比分析。【结果】A组术后一年以上椎体高度无显著性变化 ,无螺钉松动及断钉。B组术后一年以上椎体高度平均丢失率 8.1% ,7例内固定不同程度松动 ,1例断钉。【结论】经椎弓根椎体植骨成形术能重建伤椎的功能 ,恢复了伤椎的高度 ,术后矫正度很少丢失 ,不会增加邻近椎体退变速度 ,植入骨易融合 ,能有效防止内固定松动、断裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of osteo-union in transpedicular bone graft vertebroplasty(TBGV) and prevent postoperative loss of correction.Twenty-one patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were treated by TBGV (Group A) and 28 patients with the same diagnosis were treated by other methods(Group B). The clinical features in both groups were analyzed comparatively.More than one year after operation, no significant changes in vertebral height, no loosening and breaking of nails were found in Group A ; while the average loss rate of vertebral height in Group B was 8.1%,with loosening of internal fixations to some extent in 7 cases and nail breaking in 1 case.[Conclusion]TBGV can rebuild the function of injured spines and restore their heights . It rarely loses the degree of correction and does not increase the degenerative velocity of neighbor spines. In addition, easy bony union after bone graft may prevent loosening and breaking of internal fixation materials.更多还原
